30 Stock Portfolio Optimization Project - Decomposition

A solo class project in my undergraduate studies, where given the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) as reference, a price-weighted index, you must reconstruct the index into a 30 stock portfolio; with optimal weights to generate the maximum return and least amount of risk.
